This is the menu that was served at DebConf 3 in Oslo, 2003.

Some of the meals are hard to translate, they are explained at the bottom of this page and are marked in the menu with the letters E for English information, D für Information auf Deutsch, and S för information på svenska.

Notes and explanations

E) According to my dictionary, pytt i panne translates into hash of fried diced meat with onions and potatoes, and lapskaus translates into lobscous or meat and potato hash. These two are typical Scandinavian dishes.

D) Zufolge meinem Wörterbuch, Pytt i panne ist auf Deutsch „Schwedisches Hoppelpoppel-Bauernfrühstück”, Lapskaus ist Labskaus und Karbonader ist „deutsches Beefsteak”.

S) För våra svensktalande besökare vill jag nämna att karamellpudding är brylépudding på svenska, samt att karbonader är ungefär detsamma som pannbiff. Pølse är självklart korv.
