This is the menu that was served at DebConf 3 in Oslo, 2003.

Some of the meals are hard to translate, they are explained at the bottom of this page and are marked in the menu with the letters E for English information, D für Information auf Deutsch, and S för information på svenska.

Notes and explanations

^E) According to my dictionary, pytt i panne translates into hash of fried diced meat with onions and potatoes, and lapskaus translates into lobscous or meat and potato hash. These two are typical Scandinavian dishes.

^D) Zufolge meinem Wörterbuch, Pytt i panne ist auf Deutsch „Schwedisches Hoppelpoppel-Bauernfrühstück”, Lapskaus ist Labskaus und Karbonader ist „deutsches Beefsteak”.

^S) För våra svensktalande besökare vill jag nämna att karamellpudding är brylépudding på svenska, samt att karbonader är ungefär detsamma som pannbiff. Pølse är självklart korv.
